LSS Inc. is a sub chapter S company incorporated in the state of Tennessee in January of 2009.

Principals in the company  have decades of experience in the area of Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering as well as Marketing and New Business Development experience in Fortune 500 companies.

The company strives to commercialize concepts protected by intellectual property rights and owned or solely licensed by LSS Inc.

 

The concept of the HydroHelix was developed to enhance the efficiency of Hydroelectric energy generation while eliminating the damage to aquatic life migrating downstream

The concept of the Social Screen Saver was developed to meet an untapped opportunity by exploiting the exposure that personal and business computers offer by providing advertising content on screensavers.

US Patent # 7,044,711 has been issued, protecting the intellectual property of the HydroHelix.

LSS Inc. is currently in the process of applying for federal grants to pursue prove out and prototype implementations of the technology

 A patent application with the US Patent and Trademark Office has been submitted covering the Social Screen Saver and is currently being prosecuted under US Patent Pending #11/999,988.

Development of the software to support the concept has been outsourced and is progressing well. PC and MAC versions are currently available in prototype stages
